Whether on the the battlefield or in business, victory — consistent, repeated victory — is achieved by teams of talented people.

We hit on topics like
- Why PEOPLE and not PRODUCT are a company’s greatest strategic advantage
- The 9 Foundational Character Attributes of Talent
- How to develop a talent mindset
- Where to find the world’s greatest leadership incubator
- and a whole lot more
